At Coyote Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
